I found this photo of antique tile in Spain, while browsing
istockphoto.com. The shapes and colors are very intriguing to me. I thought it would be interesting to create a pattern with this photo in mind. I consider this pattern a work in progress, as it doesn't quite feel done yet. When I look at it I see those construction paper snowflakes I used to make when I was young.
Wanna go back to Spain together and see the tiles in person!?
ReplyDeleteI like it a lot--it's so different from your other patterns.
ReplyDeleteI love what you have done it's so beautiful, I like how you have taken that tile pattern to another level.
ReplyDeleteI believe the tile from Spain is from the Alhambra...one of the most beautiful, inspiring, places I have ever been. You should check it out!
