It's Been a While

It has been forever since my last post, but I am here, trying to dive back in to creating and blogging. Above is the result of a little experimentation from the other night, something new and a little bit different.

More soon, I promise!

Some Winter Photos

Minnesota winters are notorious for below zero temps and piles of snow, and this year is no exception. It's been a rough one, I am so beyond ready for green grass, thunderstorms and sitting in my backyard in the warm sunshine. However, over the past few weeks, the light in the mornings during my commute has been amazing.

I altered these photos with the Instagram app for the iphone. While some don't think so highly of this app, I love it. As a photographer, I think it is a fun way to experiment and I love having a toy-like camera in my pocket. Sure the quality is not the best, but creating these images has helped me get through some long, dark days.
