I don't tend to formally celebrate St. Patrick's Day (not really the green beer drinking type). However, I usually indulge in a homemade Rachel Sandwich (Turkey and Kraut-delish!) and a non-green beer. Here's hoping everyone finds their four leaf clover, as I think we could all use a little luck right now! Cheers!
