Katie Woo Covers

So I can finally give you a peek at one of the many projects I have been working on over the past few months for Stone Arch Books. This series is by far my most favorite project, I just had SO much fun designing these books! The moment I saw Tammie Lyon's work, I knew she would be the perfect illustrator to create this sassy little girl. From the creation of Katie's outfit, (she had to have cowgirl boots) to her glasses, (they must be turquoise) to designing the type, I loved every minute of it!

There are 6 books in the set and I am working on more right now. I hope to post some more of my projects soon, as I have much to show you! And I really need to stop using so many exclamation points, seriously.

I think this one is my favorite, I just love the look on her face.
